The area of sport science is more than just sport, it is the science of human performance, health and wellbeing through physical activity. Whether you are a weekend warrior, elite athlete or just going about doing your every day activities my knowedge of sport science can assist you with biomechanics, physiology, motor control, skill acquitisiton, psychology and movement behaviours to improve function or pain.

Having completed a full degree in both physiotherapy and sports science, my approach to treatment goes far beyond standard rehabilitation. This dual background blends the precision of evidence based clinical care with advanced knowledge of human performance, biomechanics, and exercise physiology — meaning every plan is crafted not just for recovery, but for long term strength, mobility, and resilience.

Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention: Functional assessments and tailored programs for athletes and active individuals wanting to move efficiently and reduce risk.
Training recommendations – adjusting your training program or communicating with teachers / coaches on limitations or variations to your program / sport while you recover from injury
Exercise prescription – prescribing specific exercises to help your recovery and return to sport or assist you with the acquisition of movement or skills to help you with either your daily activities or sport.
